TURASSIST Health Support Services Inc. evaluates change requests received after production, makes the relevant changes through endorsements, and delivers the endorsements.

It is the service provided by TURASSIST Health Support Services Inc. for the evaluation of insured reimbursements from contracted healthcare institutions in accordance with the policy's special and general conditions. In non-mandatory provision transactions of contracted institutions, for approved reimbursement expenses within the framework of policy-specific and general terms, the insured is required to complete the transaction by only taking the co-payment. Inpatient Treatment Benefit provisions cover hospitalizations, both medical and/or surgical, emergency health care expenses that may cause vital danger to the insured, and provisions covering minor interventions. Provision for inpatient treatments is mandatory. Outpatient Treatment benefit provisions cover expenses such as doctor examination, analysis - X-ray, prescription drugs, modern diagnostic methods, and physiotherapy.
